DAN LISTER

Dr. Lister earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas and completed his general surgical residency at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. He is board certified in General Surgery. Dr. Lister is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the American Foregut Society. He is the current President of and one of the co-founders of the American Foregut Society. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of General Surgeons. He is the founder and director of the Arkansas Heartburn Treatment Center. His research interests include minimally invasive anti reflux surgery, screening for Barrett’s esophagus and risk stratification in Barrett’s esophagus patients
